This page sets out what happens to the information you give South Bend Expert Tree Service when you phone the number on this site or send the quote form.
What we collect
The quote form passes along whatever you type into it. Your name and phone number are required. Your email address, town, the service you chose and your note about the tree are optional.
A phone call leaves a log with the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and the rough area that number is registered to. Calls are recorded, and a short announcement says so before you are connected. If nobody answers, any voicemail you leave is recorded too.
How we use it
Your details are used to call you back about the tree and set a time to see it. We also count calls and form requests to judge how well the site works. Your information is never sold, and you will not be put on a mailing list.
Who receives it
Your request, your call and any voicemail go to the tree service company that takes on the job, so it can contact you and price the work.
Some outside companies run the systems behind the site for us. Twilio carries the calls and keeps the recordings. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form requests. Telegram sends us an alert for each new request or voicemail so we can answer quickly. None of them uses your information for its own ends.
Analytics and cookies
Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying anyone. The site sets no cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
Call logs, recordings and form requests are kept for as long as they help us follow up on your job and keep our records straight. Ask us to delete them and we will.
Your choices
To see what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, call the number on this site or send the quote form with that request in the message. We will tell you once it is done.
